Could not be happier with the Olympus Stylus 9000 12 MP Digital Camera with 10x Wide Angle Optical Dual Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.7-Inch LCD (Black). With a price point of 9, there are plenty of elite features, principally: 12 mega pixels resolution, a remarkable 10x optical zoom, and wide angle capability. Canon and Kodak have responded with similarly featured cameras at about the same price, but offerings from Sony, Nikon, Fujifilm and Panasonic cost as much as 0 more. It should also be noted that these features – 12mp, 10x optical zoom – constitute impressive leaps in point-and-shoot camera sophistication, compared to what was available just three or four years ago.
And this camera is so gorgeous! Sleek black with silver trim, it might be the best looking digital camera I’ve ever seen. The Stylus 9000’s 2.7 inch LCD display is three-tenths of an inch smaller than the 3-incher some of the others have, but the looks of this camera more than compensate.
